This is a plain summary of how we handle your information. It is written to be clear, not clever. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask.

What we collect

When you request a seat at the live filming, we collect your name, your email, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, the nights you can come, how many are in your party, and any note you leave us. When you join the launch list, we collect your name and your email.

Why we collect it

We use your details to host the gathering. That means confirming your seat, sending you the address, and reaching you if something changes. If you check the newsletter box, we also use your email to send the weekly Song of Songs letter and launch updates. Joining the launch list is itself a request for those emails.

Where it is kept

Your information is stored in our database provider, Supabase, on secured infrastructure. Only Nick and people he trusts to help run this can see it.

What we do not do

We never sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for anything beyond the gathering and, if you opted in, the newsletter.

About the filming

The live evenings are recorded. Audience members may be visible or audible, and those recordings may appear in the published study and in related promotion. The full explanation lives on the RSVP page under filming and consent, and we may ask you to sign a media release when you arrive.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time. If you want your information removed from our records, email us and we will take care of it.
